Zatox Plus

The fact that one fungus is able to produce more than one mycotoxin, that more than one fungus is usually infecting one commodity and that an animal diet is usually a combination of feedstuffs, reiterates the importance and occurrence of multiple mycotoxins. The combination of different mycotoxins is more harmful to animals than a huge quantity of a single mycotoxin due to their synergistic action. The synergistic effects of different mycotoxins causes more severe toxicosis in animals.The risk of mycotoxicosis can be reduced by a good practice of a multi-mycotoxin management system to incorporate the use of cost-effective combined products of mycotoxin binders and mould inhibitors in feed production and animal nutrition.

Zatox Plus is a multi-functional Product which contains mycotoxin binders, mould inhibitors with lipotropic agent & growth-promoting compounds. These combinations are highly suitable for binding a wide range of mycotoxins and preventing the additional growth of mycotoxin-producing fungus in finished feed. Zatox Plus includes inorganic binder of purified Hydrated Sodium Calcium Aluminum Silicates that can bind a greater amount of positively-charged mycotoxins such as aflatoxins, as well as a significant level of other mycotoxins and the considerable amount of activated Charcoal is helpful in binding T2 toxin, Ochratoxins, Fusarium toxins and toxic chemicals 
like pesticides. This product includes organic binder from yeast cell wall Manna oligo sacchardies (MOS) that can enhance more binding to other mycotoxins including Zearalenone, T2 toxins, Fumonisins and Vomitoxins. It promotes the gut beneficial bacteria and consequently improves the animals’ immunity. The MOS competitively binds to bacterial lectins, preventing their attachment to gut epithelia thereby helps in flushing out the pathogenic microbes like salmonella & E.coli. Zatox Plus. Moreover it contains a blend of organic acids which kills harmful bacteria, fungus in feed & gut and helps to maintain acidic medium throughout the gut ensuring firm integrity of the HSCAS-Mycotoxins complex and it enhances the friendly bacteria growth for gut health. Additional compounds of Oxine copper are superior antifungal activity against Aspergillus species, Fusarium species, penillinium species & Candida albicans. In addition, Lipotropic compounds protects the liver function from moldy feed and high mycotoxin feed consumed by animals.

Dosage and Administration

For less severe mycotoxins and mould contamination : 0.5 to 1kg per ton of feeds
For more severe mycotoxins and mould contamination : 1.5 – 2.0kgs per ton of feeds
